Seminar Room 4th

Since the beginning of 9th Art’s history, there’s been a great tradition of what we call “assembly line comics”, meaning comics which have been the result of a collaboration between various creators, each undertaking a specific task of the process. But there’s also another school of thought, that of the creator as an auteur, responsible for the whole process of creation from start to finish, taking over all areas.

In this workshop, Mariano Saura will analyze the second method, examining the creative process of a comics in all its stages – script, art, coloring, lettering. A detailed overview of the entire work of the author.
